Redsewingbox.com is an online shop for crafts, knitting, crochet, sewing, etc. You will find a wide range of products, but if you miss any feel free to send your suggestions here.
The original designs and patterns you can see or buy here can not be reselled, please be respectful with our creations/pictures/information. All rights are reserved.
These terms and conditions apply to all orders for products placed with us over our webshop or email. Please read them carefully before ordering products from us. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects the statutory rights of consumers. Red Sewing Box is based in the Netherlands and is subject to Dutch and European legislation.
Our products are photographed with the utmost care so that the colors shown are the closest possible to reality. Differences in resolution and display quality may however affect the colors shown in your screen.
Acceptance of your order and payment
To accept your order we must receive payment for the full price of the products and the shipping. We reserve the right to refuse your order or to restrict the number of products you may order for any reason.
We accept payments via PayPal and bank transfer to our bank account; please reference your order number as included in your confirmation email.
Shipping
We offer several options to ship your order, choose the one suits your needs best at checkout.
We are in the Netherlands and ship the orders using TNT-post (Dutch mail service).
• Shipping within the European Union normally takes 3-5 working days.
• Shipping to the USA and other countries outside the EU takes approximately 10-15 working days. While normal shipping is 10-15 working days worldwide, due to increased security measures by the USA, International shipping can sometimes take up to 6 weeks.
Note that priority shipping offers no tracking or insurance. If you want your order to be shipped with insurance, please choose this option at checkout, if you can’t find it please contact us for more information.
If you choose not to insure your item we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost or misplaced orders. You are welcome to upgrade to “track and trace mail” to track your order, please see rates below.
Please also note that any taxes, customs charges and duties may be required for countries outside the Netherlands and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Postal address: Please make sure that your postal address submitted during checkout is the right one for the delivery.

Parcels:
Free shipping in The Netherlands on orders of €60 or more. In the rest of the countries a discount of €6.75 will be applied to their final order.
Use coupon code Shipping60 during checkout. This promotion is not accumulable to other offers or promotions.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Shipping parcels up to 2 Kg to Europe are delivered without Track & Trace in order to have a cheaper total cost. However if you wish to have a tracking code for your order, please choose the registered mail option.
Refunds and cancellations
Red Sewing Box aims at the full satisfaction of our customers. for satisfied customers. In case you are not satisfied with your purchased products you can return them whithin 7 days since the day after you received the order. Please note that purchases of patterns, books and magazines can no be refunded.
If you receive a gift package that is visibly damaged, we ask you to reject this package. If you accept the damaged package, you lose the opportunity to complain about your order. You have the right to return an order within seven days - starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods. This only applies if the goods are in their original state and original packaging and returned to Redsewingbox.com at the address below.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you have already received your order you must carefully package the product(s) and return them to us. We recommend that you use an insured courier service when returning the product(s) to us as we will not accept liability for any damage caused to the product(s) during transit.
The customer will assume postage and handling costs. We will credit the payment when they are received in good conditions (price goods including VAT but excluding costs for shipment), within 28 days of receipt of the returned item.
Please let us know your reasons to return your order in advance here.
Refunds will be made within 28 days of receipt of the notice of cancellation.
